MOULDS
Entry Moulds
Compatible with major ceramic press systems. Entry moulds contain die frame with liner set, ejection plate with riser blocks, leather bellow, magnetic punch holders and its plate including heating system. Can be equipped with long life liners. Can be produced up to 120X120 /90X180cm tile dimensions.
Universal Basement
Truva Kalıp Universal Basement systems are designed to simplify mould change operations and reduce downtime in ceramic production lines. The system enables the use of different mould sizes through quick intermediate mould replacement, improving operational flexibility and efficiency.

Isostatic Punches
Truva Kalıp manufactures high-precision isostatic upper punches designed for demanding ceramic tile production applications. Produced from high-quality steel and engineered for long service life, the punches provide stable pressing performance, dimensional consistency, and reliable wear resistance. Available with different resin or rubber coating options according to production requirements, including various hardness alternatives.
Relief Face Punches
Truva Kalıp relief face punches are manufactured from high-quality steel and engineered for long-lasting performance in ceramic tile production. Their precision surface geometry also supports the accurate and consistent transfer of relief designs onto the tile surface, helping to achieve high-quality aesthetic results. The punches are available with resin or non-stick rubber coatings in different hardness options.Suitable for various ceramic body types, they can be produced for smooth or textured surfaces in a wide range of sizes and geometries according to customer requirements.
Flat Face Punches

Steel Liners
Truva Kalıp K100 liners are manufactured from high-grade tool steels selected for durability, dimensional stability, and long service life in demanding ceramic production conditions. Designed with precision machining and grinding processes, the liners provide reliable performance, accurate fitting, and consistent wear resistance throughout production cycles.
Carbide Long Life Liners
Truva Kalıp carbide liners are designed for high wear resistance and long service life in demanding ceramic production conditions.
The tungsten carbide structure helps maintain clean tile edges, stable dimensions, and consistent production quality while reducing maintenance and mould change frequency.
